on this website prior to drawing.

| Early Bird Prizes
At each of our 7 Cruise-In's in 2009, we will hold an early bird drawing of
tickets sold to date.
One ticket will receive either $50 cash or choice of equivalent
Cruiser's merchandise,
or an equivalent value sponsor prize, if furnished.
All winning tickets are re-entered and available for another Early
Bird win or the grand prize win.
• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• If an entrant’s check is dishonored by the bank, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is
received by Blairsville Cruisers
prior to 5 days before announced drawing date.
• Winner(s) need not be present
for any drawing.
• The winner(s) names will be posted on website
(www.blairsvillecruisers.com).
• The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title,
license plate, luxury,
income or special taxes and all other fees. Blairsville Cruisers
specifically disclaims all expressed
or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of
merchant ability and
fitness for a particular purpose regarding the
RUV’s.
• All proceeds benefit Blairsville Cruisers selected charities.
• Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on
each raffle ticket. If
more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed
shall be considered
the “entrant”. Blairsville Cruisers shall, will and can have no
obligation for delivery to any person
other than the entrant.
• Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or
controversy concerning
the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your
raffle ticket stub

See us at Our Cruise-In's
• The first Saturday of every month, April thru October, we hold our
Cruise-In's on the Courthouse Square between the hours of 4pm and
dusk (may start earlier). The vehicle will be on display and tickets
may be purchased in time for the Early Bird drawings.
