Making a Difference
The
Cruisers have teamed
up with
Blairsville's finest
to host a Christmas
shopping trip for
needy Blairsville
and Union County
Children.
A major part of the
Cruiser's fund
raising effort is
directed to this
worthwhile
children's charity -
the Cruisers have
contributed over
$15,000
in the past two
years.

Children are selected by
local schools, social
agencies and other
organizations
-
Officers
and volunteers bus the
children to Wal-Mart
just before Christmas
for a day of shopping.
The officers and
volunteers assist the
children in shopping,
the children often buy
presents for the whole
family

Officers
and Volunteers take
children out for lunch
at a local restaurant
