Dear
Friends,
As we
celebrated
our
country's
birthday
- July 5
Cruise-In
on the
Square
was a
great
success
with a
wonderful
turnout,
registering
71
vehicles.
Many
vendors
with
lots of
good
food and
fun.
Great
music by
the
Copper
City
Quartet, appearance
by Chico
the
Clown
and
Civil
Air
Patrol
Color
Guard
Performance.
It was a
wonderful
day and
we do
want to
thank
all
vendors,
sponsors
and all
others
who did
make
this
cruise-in
a super
day! Our
winners
for the
Peoples
Choice
Award
for
All
American Vehicle
was
Grant
Epps
(see
photos,
left
column)
with his
1951
Chevy
and for
the
Street
Rod
Award
was our
very own
Fred
Register's
vehicle
for his
1931
Ford.
Our
50/50
winner

CORNER----
Shrimp
Dip
8oz.cream
cheese
softened
3tbsp
Mayonnaise
1(
4.5oz)can
tiny
shrimp,
drained
and
finely
chopped
1tbsp
minced
onion
1/2 tsp
Worcestershire
sauce
Seasoned
salt and
ground
pepper
to taste
Combine
cream
cheese,
mayo,
mix
well,
stir in
remaining
ingredients.
Cover,
refrigerate
2-3
hours
for
flavors
to
blend.
